I need help clearing my browser's cache or temporary files.

Browsers may occasionally update or modify their settings automatically. Unfortunately, the majority of these changes occur outside our control. While the general cache-clearing guidelines listed below are a helpful starting point, we recommend consulting the most current instructions for your specific browser and version to ensure accuracy.

NOTE: For MLS users, if you are redirected to a ParcelQuest login page, follow the steps below.

  • On your keyboard, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac).
  • A box will open. At the top, choose All time.
  • Check only Cached images and files.
  • Click Clear data.
  • Close and reopen Chrome

Firefox

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac).
  • In the window, set When: to Everything.
  • Check only Cache (or Temporary cached files & pages).
  • Click Clear.
  • Close and reopen Firefox

Microsoft Edge

Safari (Mac)

  • At the top, click Safari → Settings (or Preferences).
  • Click Advanced and click on Show features for web developers (bottom of the window).
  • At the top, click Develop → Empty Caches.
  • (Optional) To also clear history: click History → Clear History… → All History → Clear History.

  • As a final step, we recommend refreshing the webpage by either hitting the Ctrl + F5 (Windows), Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) keys or clicking the browser's Reload button.

When I run a search, I don't get any matching results.

Solution 1:

Be sure you are using the correct APN format. Each county uses a specific numbering format that must match your search. To verify a specific format by county, click on the Sample APN Format drop-down menu to the right of APN entry box.

Solution 2:

One of the criteria in the search is not an available data field for that county. The system is designed to match every data field in your search. Since data does vary by county, you will get zero results if one of the data fields in your search is null. To confirm which data fields are available by county, please refer to the link “What data is available in your county” on the home page.

When I print the mailing labels, they are shifted either up or down on the page so that they do not line up on the label sheet.

- This happens when page scaling is enabled in your printing preferences.

Solution 1:

In the printer Preferences or Properties, set Page Scaling to "None."
